Getting started with Voyance is easy. No hardware or software is required – just access to the Internet.
Once CG-CAHPS becomes mandatory, all performance (scores) will be publicly reported on Physician Compare, so you will want to make sure your scores are favorable in order to guarantee positive patient perception. With Voyance, your practice will not be responsible for any aspect of CG-CAHPS Reporting, and once CG-CAHPS becomes mandated, Voyance will deliver your information to CMS on your behalf.
Voyance also distributes Monthly and Quarterly EdgePerception Performance Analysis Reports within 1-3 business days following the end of each period. Annual Reports are provided within the first 3 weeks of the year. All reports remain in your dedicated client portal indefinitely, and are available 24/7.
